Hi Folks,
I got the phone number of the Chairman of NOSPECTO's Investors' committee today. I called the man, and he asked why i have not been coming for meetings. I told him that i was never aware of such.
He informed that there will another meeting of investors tommorow (2nd July) by 10.00am at the Elephant's building, that i should endeavour to come and identify myself on arrival.
I will definitely be there and feed u back on the outcome.

I completely agree with the last posting on this bloc , if we can wait for 14 months then few more days will not do any harm.
on a second thought i think we should commit our problems to GOD , we should fast for 3 days and we will be surprised by the result i guarantee that after the fasting definately something positive will come out of it . our collective fasting cannot go in vain.

I have the same info as Omu iyadun, except that the parties have a rendezvous back in court on July 3rd, when the final judgement will be pronounced. I guess what this means is that the joint decision reached by the parties will be ratified by the court. I was told that there is a 'tsunami' of people parading Elephant House waiting to pounce on Maiyaki, if he ever appears. Folks, the man is not running away, he has no choice but to pay us. I sincerely believe that he will make do on that promise – it's just the schism that's a bother to us (and our money, of course).

The latest i heard is that Nospecto has reached an agreement with SEC/CBN, and my informant refused to tell me the outcome of the court case. He however told me to call him on or before 8th of July.

I'm sure am far more angry & hurt than U,but am not sure we have so much Option now than to wait a couple of days more for the outcome of the out-of court decision between Nospee & SEC and the final decision of the IST.From all indication the IST seem very sincere and determine to resolve this issue.Personally i can't settle for anything less than my whole money...........infact,i have a right to my whole money with interest cos Maiyaki had never stopped doing business and buying stuff.

we are all just sitting down and one useless man is making himself richer evryday with our money. Yes, people can say that those that invested in nospe are greedy but some of us joined when we saw friends, In-laws and relatives who had been collecting their returns for years from the joint venture or whatever we can call it plus most importantly the so called regulatory bodies did not sound any warning i know of until last year.
I strongly want to recommend that we take the issue to the national assembly because I think there is a conspiracy between nospe and those at the helm of affairs of these regulatory bodies becase how on earth have they not stopped nospe from continuing theri business when the case is still in court
Another conspiracy theory is that mallam maiyaki can not be so much at ease without the backing of some people that be and when you consider the fact that he makes millions form our investment everyday without giving a damn about us . I strongly belive he settles some people at the top.
Maiyaki knows we are helpless beccause most of us will gladly collect half of our initial investment without copmlaining. Who are those running the so called valued clients website and wha t other clients do any of us know they have? . From happenings over the past year , I have come to conclude that Maiyaki would be better off if the case is not resolved plus it wont be resolved cos a lot of people in the regulatory bodies are getting financial inducements from maiyaki.
WAY FORWARD
If we really have an investment comittee , a petition should be forwarded to to national assembly cos billions of pples savings are in nospee. lets just know that we now have nothing to lose . Even the stock market will feel the positive impact of nospee and other wonder banks returning our money . We wont get our money back easily but from all indicatios WE HAVE TO TAKE SERIOUS ACTIONS if we want our monies back

I find it strange and I'm totally shocked to hear that you and some other folks could still go ahead and invest in the so called comandclem patent scam despite its glaring warning signs.

I personally will not weep for you because I beleive you have donated to a cause which no one apart from the principal actors can really vouch for.

Well like someone said, to me some time ago, it is only N20,000 but I would have very much preferred you to have donated the amount to an orphanage or a leper's colony than donating it to a man who is a scientist, apostle and king all rolled into one.

Anyway, you can calmly await because he is possibly preparing a place for you in his kingdom but I would prefer a place in my own kingdom or God's kingdom.
