Let's get talking........wake up everybody, let's talk our way out of this problem. 3 minutes again I sent a mail to the address of a relative of the Central Bank Governor. I narrated our ordeal to the woman and begged that she help us make the Governor understand what we are going thru and do something to make the Nospetco accounts unfrozen. If I can get in touch with the Governor himself I will be talking to him myself but I am hoping that this woman pass on our message. It is better than not doing anything at all and sitting down and hoping.
If we all wake up by tommorrow our case will be up and running, Nospetco account can get unfrozen and if we all give them a little time to normalize and be back in business. Then we have solved this problem.
Let's get to work, do you have a lab top use it to get contacts that can help us today and tommorrow not when they fix some court case I have no patience for. If you know people in the Govt administration let's approach them. Let's work together and change this circumstance now not in another 3 years to come. Thanks

Now we can't all fold our arms and suffer in silence and wait for some unaffected and uncaring people to fix some court cases before we can get our money and move on with our lives. It's only in that country of ours that people keep silent and suffer because nobody cares for others in this kind of situation.
I don't fold my arms, No! neither do I allow people waste my time......I know the milestones I will have achieved if I have that my money with me and here I am waiting for some unendless case to come to an end and even worse for some lazy selfish people to get up and understand that people are suffering here and get this case over and done with.
Now I suggest that we find an avenue to get in touch with the president himself. When I need something, I hit it at the nail and that works for me. I try to get in touch with people that can influence my situations fast and that is what we are going to do here. Get up everybody, we can't sit down and watch and languish in poverty and heartbreak. Who has a contact, e-mail or any link that can allow us make the president hear us . I believe that as nice as he is that if we understand what we are going thru, he can make orders that can speed up everything. During the Obasanjo era, I had an e-mail with which I state problems to them and get heard but that was an obasanjo aol address that cannot help us here. We need a means of contacting the president, who can help us here? I am not close to home as I am not in Nigeria, anybody who can help should let us hear him or her and if nobody can't believe me I am going to do work hard at this and get heard by the president. The only info i have from Nospe's public relations officer (Femi) is that they are yet to get a date at the appeal court, that so many cases are outstanding.
Let's keep the faith in prayers, its efficacy can never be over- emphasised.

Anybody that has relevant in4mation and which next to take should please make it known to the public. What is happening? Omu-Iya-Dun, please lets hear from you. Meanwhile, we should not relent in our prayer. God will fight for us. It is well ooooo.

Wait I don't think it is possible to get money from a frozen account. How can that be possible? But what is really baffling me mostly is that I don't think Nospetco is still operating as an Oil and Gas company as they told us before. I noticed that I don't see their tankers anymore and all there filling stations are not operating so where is the money coming from? Don't you think Nospetco is out of business????. These are the questions I need to know.

yeah, nuttin is impossible in this country, but it is always very hard to transact on a frozen account and also impossible too. i believe one day this nightmare will be over

It is hard for me to believe or accept that some people are still getting their money back, how? Who is signing the cheques? Alhaji, CBN, ISC or who? From accounting point of view it is very difficult for a check to be raised from a frozen account but then nothing is impossible in our very corrupt country I suppose. But, I still need a concrete evidence as that would amount to fraud from the issuer and the receipient mind you!

what is the latest on the court case between comandclem and mobil? as it being settled or adjourned?

Cheer Optimism is what this period requires from everyone of us. It may be difficult for us all to come together due mainly to our different work and life schedules, but one thing we should continue to do is sensitizing the entire populace of this country about our plights in the hands of those in authority. Perhaps one day, our voice would get to the hearing of someone with the fear of God and justice will be done.

Do you guys know that, even though there was a freeze to the account of Nospetco, some people (high and mighty) are still being able to get their investment back; even as we speak?
