Spot on! Dipo,
This line IMO is for me:»...the only reason you would prefer the broker's advice to the advice you get from God is because of greed. The broker paints a bigger picture of the returns and the greed in you gets attracted.» Not as though i dont pay my tithes, i do but i know where this line hits me.I found myself recently going for some shares against an inner prompting to fore go it or reduce the number of units to enable me fulfil a certian financial commitment made in the church. Enough said!

You are right Dipo.

I heard a testimony from Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor. He needed 10million naira for a personal business. He fasted and prayed and the money wasn't forth coming. One day a missionary came to him and complained about his only car that was stolen. He was moved with compassion and wanted to replace it with a second hand car. There the holy spirit told him to buy him a new car. He struggled but he obeyed. 2 months later a man came to his house and gave him a cheque of 10.5million. He was shocked. He would have been praying, fasting and struggling endlessly.

Also there is an instance of someone that has given out almost 6 cars to the church and God keeps blessing me.

I have learnt that one of the keys to financial success is giving. Remember that the givers' hand is always on top.

Funny though, I was using a wrong data to compute the report above; I realized that Warren Buffet is now ranked Forbes #1 richest man. What can I say? It onlly buttressed my point above.
