Today is my first day on vacation and I was troubled with the news a young friend of mine brought to my attention at 11.00pm Nigerian Time, 1 week ago. I was quickly alerted because prior to this said date I have not heard from her for about 3 months.

Boredom. What are the solutions to this particular condition a man experiences when he is not in an excited state or place of perpetual interest. Is it everybody that gets bored?

Life seems to be very exciting for those that constantly seek opportunity to stretch themselves in terms of service. If the initial reaction to such service does not seem to be daunting and heavy ladened then one cannot be stretched. If the question «why on earth do I need to be stretched?» starts to bug you, then the answer to such question, though very simple, needs a thorough foundation in other aspects of knowledge to back up the claim.
